I established Arbor Communications in 2001 to provide overflow copywriting, project management and support to busy corporate marketing departments. My first client, a large, mid-western gas and electricity provider, asked me to write and coordinate production of marketing collateral to coincide with their new brand launch. What began as a four week project turned into a three year contract providing online and offline communications consulting and writing services. Since then, my freelance career has grown primarily by word of mouth and now is used by businesses and agencies large and small.

With a B.A. in International Business and over 15 years experience in corporate marketing, sales and communications, I’ve written websites, collateral material, brochures, articles and newsletters for corporate communication departments of Fortune 500 companies. With efficiency and quality copywriting as my top priorities, I'm often tapped by communication managers who need help overcoming unreasonable expectations and deadlines. I've worked successfully within a variety of companies and industries, including health care, medical device, energy/utilities, insurance, real estate, telecommunications, travel & leisure, education, publishing and financial services.
